We / Us / Service Provider – ChangeBear, a non-custodial digital technology platform operating under the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. ChangeBear aggregates cryptocurrency exchange offers and provides technical routing, interface access, and informational aggregation enabling Users to access exchange services offered by independent Third-Party Providers. ChangeBear does not provide custodial services, does not store or safeguard digital assets, does not maintain user accounts, and does not execute exchanges.Services – the ChangeBear technology platform, including the Website, APIs, interfaces, tools, and related functionalities enabling access to External Services.

External Services – third party platforms, websites, applications, APIs, or widgets accessible through the Services.

Third Party Provider – an independent service provider that executes Virtual Currency exchanges.

VC (Virtual Currency) – a digital representation of value that can be transferred electronically.

Transaction – a Virtual Currency exchange initiated by the User via the Services and executed exclusively by a Third-Party Provider. Each Transaction is governed solely by the applicable Third-Party Provider’s terms of use, privacy policy, and compliance procedures.

Restricted Jurisdiction – any jurisdiction where use of the Services is prohibited or restricted by applicable law or sanctions.

ChangeBear provides a non custodial technology platform that aggregates information and facilitates access to cryptocurrency exchange services offered by Third Party Providers. By using the Services, You acknowledge that ChangeBear is not an exchange, broker, financial institution, or custodian.

If You do not agree with these Terms of Use, You must not access or use the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable under applicable law;
• You act solely on your own behalf and for your own benefit;
• All Virtual Currencies used belong to You lawfully;
• You are not located in a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• All information You provide is accurate and complete.

The Services are not available to Users located in jurisdictions subject to United Nations, European Union, United Kingdom, or United States sanctions, or where use of the Services is unlawful. You must not use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.

ChangeBear operates solely as a technology intermediary. All Virtual Currency swaps are executed exclusively by Third-Party Providersunder their respective terms.

By initiating a Transaction, You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the applicable Third-Party Provider’s terms of use and privacy policy.

ChangeBear does not control pricing, liquidity, execution, refunds, compliance decisions, or outcomes of Transactions.

Third-Party Providers may independently conduct AML/KYC checks in accordance with their own legal and regulatory obligations.

ChangeBear does not participate in, control, have access to, receive, store, or process any personal or identification data collected as part of such procedures.

Virtual Currency transactions involve significant risks, including volatility, irreversible transactions, and potential loss of funds. ChangeBear provides no financial, legal, or investment advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChangeBear shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or External Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChangeBear from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration seated in Victoria, Seychelles, conducted in English, by a single arbitrator. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.

ChangeBear support provides assistance solely with technical platform-related issues. Any matters related to exchange execution, refunds, compliance decisions, or Transaction outcomes must be addressed directly to the applicable Third-Party Provider.
